This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. This was filmed in 2005 and edited in 2009 (on here, JTV as "Will 2"). for some reason this alternate edit lives on my hard drive. I prefer this edit (it was an early one, complete with a blank space!) so maybe you'll enjoy it too. It's all ball juggling with a bit of bouncing off walls etc.

Well this is a long video, mostly because of the intro though. i don't want to spoil anything in the description...but I have to in the tricks list, so get to at least like a minute in before reading this.
Like I said, I'm 2 days late, but that's because I was hanging out with the .org people on the 10th, and didn't get home until 4:00 on the 11th, and I had work at 5. Then the next day I wasn't home at all. So yea, I'm late, but I didn't use those late days to get more practice in.
When i get into the ball juggling, I've only been doing that for a little less then a week, so hopefully by next month I can make it consistent. Now for the spoilers:

The Final Night from Molesey Juggling Club, nearly London, 17th July 2008. By the time of closing, this club had run for 17 years. Not much footage was recorded but the little I got I've put together here. This video is dedicated in loving memory to Ian Palmer, who ran the club for many years.

Viewpoints is a video experiment for a future project I'm starting to work on.
The idea is to play around with the camera position and the playback speed while trying to utilise the music track to enhance the visuals.
This video is just a rough experiment. It's not filmed in a nice location, I'm wearing my day to day clothes and everything was filmed without having any clear idea of how it would be used.

My first experiment with juggling related video editing. I filmed some half hour worth of footage on a nice summer day and tried my best to edit it down to a well-synched, fast cut, short, effectpacked music/juggling video.
